CHANGING LIVES THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EMPLOYMENT.

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas’s programs aren't just services; they're catalysts for change. In a state where educational attainment and workforce development are crucial, Goodwill Industries of Arkansas steps in to fill critical gaps. We're not just changing individual lives; we're strengthening the very fabric of our communities through transformation.

Imagine a single mother earning her high school diploma while her child receives quality care just steps away. Picture a former inmate finding meaningful employment and breaking the cycle of recidivism. Envision a rural Arkansan gaining cutting-edge skills and bringing that expertise back to their hometown.

These aren't just scenarios; they're real stories unfolding everyday thanks to Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.

With more than 200,000 adults in Arkansas lacking a high school education, this tuition-free school is for adults 19+ who dream of earning their diploma. With flexible class schedules, free on-site childcare, and dedicated life coaches, we're removing barriers and opening doors to brighter futures.

In a rapidly evolving job market, our Academy is for non-traditional students to gain industry credentials and certifications that lead directly to living-wage employment, bridging the skills gap and fueling Arkansas's economy.

Through personalized guidance and support, we're helping Arkansans embark on new career paths, unleashing potential and driving economic growth across the state.

We believe in second chances. Our reentry program extends a helping hand to those reentering the workforce after justice involvement, fostering a more inclusive and compassionate Arkansas.
