MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID (MHFA)
Mental Health First Aid is an international training program created to help people identify and get help for someone struggling with substance use or mental health issues. Topics covered include depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, psychosis and substance use disorders. Trainees are taught how to apply the 5-step action plan in a variety of situations.
Cost covers materials, training and certification through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Classes are limited to 15 participants each.
Each registrant will need:

Separate accounts/logins for proof of attendance, testing and certification.
